Collection of Personal Information
We collect Personal Information from our Site users, Clients and only when such information is voluntarily provided to us, including, without limitation, in connection with inquiries about our services, as part of signing up for our email subscriptions or newsletters. Disposing of Personal Information
Once the purpose for which the information was collected has been fulfilled, the Personal Information must be disposed of, unless otherwise required to be retained by law. Personal Information is mainly stored on two kinds of media: Hard copy: physical representations of data, such as paper printouts. This includes, among other things, notes, memos, messages, correspondence, transaction records and reports. Electronic copy: information stored on electronic media, such as computer hard drives, copier and printer hard drives, removable solid drives including memory, disks and USB flash drives, mobile phones and magnetic tapes. Personal Information is securely destroyed or removed by completely destroying the media, whether hard or electronic copy. This ensures that the information stored on it can never be recovered. This is accomplished using a variety of methods including disintegration, incineration, pulverizing, shredding, melting, degaussing or overwriting data.
